Precis Commissioning receives national certification as a Woman’s Business Enterprise
Posted 2015-03-10 by Kari Donovan in News Release

Precis Commissioning, a woman-owned company providing building commissioning services, has received national certification as a Woman’s Business Enterprise by Women’s Business Enterprise Council of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

To obtain WBENC’s national standard of certification, Precis Commissioning underwent a meticulous process, implemented by the WBEC Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey regional partner organization, including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process confirms the business is at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by one or more women.

“WBENC fosters diversity in the world of commerce,” says Kari Anne Donovan, PE, CxA, Precis Commissioning founder and majority owner. “This national certification validates our status as a woman-owned business, and will help Precis Commissioning promote innovation and inclusion on our project teams.”

By including women-owned businesses among their vendors, corporations and government agencies demonstrate a commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier/vendor diversity programs.
