Director of Commissioning Harry B. Koons, III, LEED AP, CxA, presented a four-part webinar series on Commissioning Campus Utility Systems for the Building Commissioning Association. The first three webinars reviewed the commissioning of boiler systems, chilled water systems, and power distribution systems from early design through functional testing. In the fourth webinar, Harry described the role of the commissioning provider (CxP) in the design, procurement, installation, and performance testing for campus utility services integrated system testing (IST).
